How a pilot runs
- Choose the cohort — speakers, sponsors, VIPs, partners or another priority group.
- Agree the visual system: branding, roles, lanyards, and the participant information each badge carries.
- Send the participant list. We prepare an individually personalised badge for each one.
- Run your event as you already do. Your ticketing and access process is unchanged.
- Review afterwards: staff feedback, participant experience, visibility, and what it was actually worth.
Flextag is a premium visual credential. It does not replace your event ticket, your accreditation process or your access control.
Turn the activation into content
Selected pilots in Berlin can include dedicated photography for speakers, sponsors and partners: event and networking coverage, portraits of selected participants, close-up product and branding imagery, an agreed set of edited photographs, and agreed usage and publishing rights.
